Islamabad - Saudi-Pakistani Trade and Investment Group held its 2nd meeting in Islamabad, Pakistan, on Wednesday and Thursday.
The Saudi delegation was led by Undersecretary for foreign trade at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment Abdulrahman Al-Harbi while the Pakistani side headed by Secretary at the Ministry of Commerce, Mohammad Younus Dagha, in the presence of Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf Al-Malki and a number of businessmen from both sides.
Al-Harbi told the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that the meeting discussed investment opportunities between interested companies from both sides in various sectors including mining, petrochemicals, food, medicine and other sectors.
He said that this meeting is seen as the second after the first meeting of the Joint Trade and Investment Group held six months ago, pointing out that these meetings aim to highlight all issues concerned with developing of trade exchange between the two countries.
